Hi all, like a lot on this forum I have difficulties with sleep A product I find that works is Kirkland sleep aid, which is an anti-histamine...Doxylamine Succinate 25mg.... I have been taking this long term and would like to know if this is all right. Thanks

Taking a break from over the counter sleep aids or lessen the amount of nights per week you use this or diphenhydramine (same class antihistimine).
Read up on long term use of these, if I remember correctly, increased risk for dementia, etc.
