A blood test yesterday showed:

TSH 0.4-4.50 miU/L 0.54L

TT4 4.9-10.5 mcg/dL 3.8L

FT4 0.8-1.8 ng/dL 0.4L

FT3 2.3-4.2 pg/mL 3.4

TT3 76-181 ng/dL 119

Urinalysis was within range

Cholesterol <200 mg/dL 135

HDL Cholesterol >40 mg/dL 49

Triglycweides <150 ng/dL 85

LDL Cholosterol <100 69

Cholosterol Ratio <5.0 2.8

Non HDL Cholesterol <130 86

Complete Metabolic Panel was all well within range.

I can't figure out why my T4's are low but everything else is good?

If you google it its hypothyroidism, iodine deficiency or malnutrition with more tendin towards hypothyroidism but then Google isnt a doctor and neither am I so I'd ask a professional and not people on the internet.

You may need to take levothyroxine to adjust your thyroxine level. That will usually be for the rest of your life. Your doctor should be following up on this.
