I am unable to use cpap. I hate it. I cannot sleep with it. I take melatonin and a sleep apnea pill to sleep. It does not help 100 percent, but it is better than nothing. It is a struggle.

Its fairly typical advice that you'll get from most sources, so it's worth a read. Hopefully, something here will help you. What isn't mentioned: some people have good luck taking OTC supplements like Melatonin or Valerian root. Melatonin is especially popular and I've had decent results from it myself.
