Hi guys! I’m 24, 6’0, 180 pounds. Sometimes i find it difficult to wake up from sleep. I feel like I’m trapped in sleep, it feels like I’m half asleep and half awake. When this happened, I can feel my muscles struggling, I feel like I’m moving partially from my effort to wake up but I won’t . And when I finally wake up, it feels like I was engaged in some heavy activity. (Breathing hard and tired) please I need to know your with me. Help please.
