I try and get into a routine the same time to bed and get up at the same time, try and not fall asleep during the day and get as much exercise as you can. Do not go to bed with a full stomach. If you are taking medication before you go to bed ask your Doctor's advice how long should you take it before you go to bed. Keep this routine up for quite a long time before you start having the odd late night or early morning.
