Sleep problems?

Sleep is a vital activity for us all. It is when our body’s repair mechanisms really kick-in. Not getting sufficient good quality sleep will negatively impact our life. That can be through tiredness which leads us to inactivity or accident through to death. Some sleep problems we will be aware of ourselves, such as insomnia, others may be only noticeable by a sleeping partner such as Obstructive Sleep Apnoea or REM-Sleep Behaviour Disorder. Whatever the problem, do not ignore it. Seek advice and treatment- it could improve and lengthen you life.
