Looking forward to the upgrade and hope that someone has tried hemp oil (CBD) for sleep problems. I have had insomnia for 20 years and have yet to find help. The only thing that worked for me is Ambien and I am unable to take it because of severe sleep walking. I purchased the oil but have been hesitant to try it. It requires 30 drops under the tongue and hold for 90 seconds. It promises deep sleep (HA).

This is going to be amazing! I'm quite excited. I've been away from forum for a while because I an trying desperately to cut down on a great deal of social media and electronic use time across all avenues. So far I have been successful in tapering back, yet I've noticed that it has done absolutely nothing to help me sleep better. In fact, I seem to be getting LESS sleep. I don't understand how that's possible.

It would be great to share my experiments AND experience. I have been taking a supplement called L-Theanine, however, and that has helped my anxiety in ways that I thought never possible. It doesn't 'cure' insomnia but it certainly does help me to STAY asleep. I don't wake up as much when I take it regularly on a schedule.

Can't wait to share my finds! :D
