I don't have any sleep disorders that I've been actually diagnosed with but for the last week or so only at night when going to bed i be so sleepy but once i dosed or trying to fall asleep i always jerk awake like it feel like my heart stops and starts real slow my hands and feet sweat and my forehead doesnt really sweat but it gets moist amd my heart rate will go up a lil bit but it'll come back down and eventually im sleeping good but it only does this at night for the 1st 15mins of me trying to fall asleep

I have something similar jerking awake as I’m falling asleep and suffer night sweats it’s miserable. See your GP and explain what’s happening.

I often have the jerk awake in the first half hour when I,m so tired because I didn,t sleep the night before.
