Hi Guys

Fitted with CPAP machine and a nice bit of kit it is.

First night, 7hrs 3 incidents an hour, good fitment 100 score, brilliant!

Since then not good with max 3 hrs and 60 score. Last night only lasted 4mins 😟 before panic 😰 so so tired today but not wanting to use machine. I think I may have start of a cold as breathing has been a struggle today (COPD) and have had to have conscious breathing exercises a lot of the day ( I feel a right wimp now, complaining ) probably the change in the weather, any way I’ve just decided, CPAP all set to go, newly adjusted full mask, f20, nice and comfy’ish... I’m going to sleep without and when I wake (about 2 hours)

I’ll put it on..

I know I’m thinking too much about it but it’s kinda giving me the heebie jeebies at the moment.

Sleep well guys, coffcoff
