Do you find things happen in a cycle?

I just want to see if anyone else thinks they have symptoms in a cycle? I only ask as I find my symptoms are cyclonic. Sometimes I am very dry throughout my body. Sometimes my stomach is sore and unsettled. Sometimes my whole body just aches. Right now my hearing is my biggest concern. I can't get my GP to understand I think this is all linked. They just try to look at individual symptoms. I have a very positive family history of autoimmune problems, but I have never tested positive in a blood test. I know what is happening is not right. My hearing loss is not age appropriate - I was infertile from age 28 years old and I still have no idea why?! Now at 51 I still have no answers but noone cares as I am classed as old. How can this be right? My Dad is 78 and has better hearing than I have!

Yes! I get night sweats for several days in a row and then not again for several weeks. I am much older than you and went through menopause over 15 years ago. But I feel like there may be something cyclic about my hormones. Though many other things affect how I feel like diet, exercise and sleep, there is a randomness to how I feel.

With your family history of autoimmune disease, so many things are possible. My advice is to not lean too heavily on doctors and diagnoses. Figure out what makes you feel better.
