Has anyone had any experience with oral chemotherapy? I am just starting a new one Zujula. I would like some feedback please.
Thanks BL21

Hi BL21, I have been on Zejula,300mg at night since May 2018. I have had really no major side effects with this. Occasionally dry mouth and tiredness but nothing to keep me down.
My Ca125 is holding around 7. Go to doc once a month now, for bloodwork but in beginning it was every 2 weeks to keep check on bloodwork. I feel fine and so far doing great. I've had stage 3c ovarian cancer since 2015. Best of luck with this drug, any questions,I'll try to help.
Keep the faith

I started Lynparza 4 months ago~~so far so good!!!
I started Lynparza early May 2019. Feel great with no side effects and my energy has returned after finishing chemo in Feb. Too early to tell how effective it is but I feel wonderful and we are optimistic. Good luck with it.
I also was on this medication and unfortunately had allergic reaction to it after 5 months. I started on one pill a day and eventually worked my way up to 3, which I couldn't tolerate. Drop down to two and then had to go off. Still had the side effects of traditional chemo with nausea and major stomach issues. The only positive thing was not having to get chemo infusions but otherwise I was pretty miserable. Hope things work out better for you. I was the first one in the doctor's office to take it so hopefully they've figured out lower dosages are better by now.
