Is anyone in a clinical trial with Mirvetuximab? There is currently a trial recruiting at City of Hope I'm looking into.

Also trials of Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (without the folate receptor test) at Mass General and Dana Farber--thinking I might travel to Boston for this one.

Hi Miyoshi. I have been on receiving Mirvetuximab soravtansine for a few months now. Nothing else is added. I live in Idaho and travel every three weeks to UCLA in CA to get my treatment. Because I tested and matched while the trial was still open, I have been able to receive it as a single subject exemption (not actually being on the trial, because it’s closed).

My CA125 has been going down and my last CT showed shrinkage, stable and no new cancer growth. My Dr is optimistic and says that the Mirvetuximab soravtansine is working. It most likely will be approved for general use by the end of this year, early 2023.

Please be in touch. I hope you are able to make a good decision with your Dr.
