I have had two treatments with Trodelvy and am wonderland if anyone has been treated with this drug? I have been experiencing an unbalance when trying to walk. Not sure if that is a side effect from this drug or what to do about it! In addition I was given 100 mg 3 x a day of Gabapentin and came off of it after one week. I’m just not sure what continues to make be dizzy to walk and is this an ongoing side effect from the drug Trodelvy? Help. Kathy, Syracuse, NY

My partner experienced the exact same side effects. The oncologist said it could be because hemoglobin is below normal limits and suggested we get blood transfusions next week to bring that number up.

I am starting Trodelvy this week after taking Enhertu for 7 months with some results, slowing progression but nothing fantastic. I am very nervous about taking this drug. I will be starting at 75% dose. I am 81 and a small person 98 lbs. My MD wanted me to start at 75% not 50%. Worried about side effects.

Dear KBLee; sending strength to you. ENHERTU didn’t work for me and Trodelvy created increasing hepatic encephalopathy for me. It beat back or held the further spread but I could not sustain it, it can be a harsh medication, but some patients do well with it.

My doc confirmed that 10% experience some off balance or dizziness, so maybe that’s the issue with me!

Thank you for your replies about Trodelvy. I have had my first infusion. So far it has only been a few days. I am already very weak and could not walk far. I will see what comes next. Balance is also an issue.
