I'm bummed you didn't get any replies as this is my next suggested treatment. There are some old posts in a search that comes up but I guess this drug has fallen out of rotation with all of the other new ones popping up. I will let you know and please let us know how this worked for you.

Thank you for your reply. So funny cus like it was maybe my second post ever and wasn't sure why I got no responses!

But I guess you're right. It's not popular. I have had two treatments. I am very tired but that could be the disease also causing that. I developed some mouth sores. Day 4 and 5 I am laying around feeling yucky. I had to postpone once because of low blood count.

I like that it's just a 5 min drip after a 30 min wait for dex to kick in. Also vein injection as opposed to picc.

No scans for another couple of months to hear it's effect.

Ok, so I had it this time last year. Lost hair, needed epoetine booster for hemoglobin and a booster for neutrophils. Severe fatigue and bathroom issues. Didn't work. Perhaps for a different type other than mine, it would work. It is an odd drug class that I really didn't/don't understand. You could also check inspire site. Blessings and Good luck.
