Mammograms Use of cloth coverings for glass plates.

Does anyone know of a Mammogram center that uses Bella Blankets or any cloth covering on the mammogram glass plates ? I had a yeast infection under my breasts after the last test. I also have tears from the glass plate. The cloth coverings are supposed to remedy that. I am in the Dallas, Fort Worth area.

I would google the 10 best mammogram centers in Ft Worth area and call a few to see if they use them. Or you could call customer service for Bella Blankets and see if they can tell you. I read about them and can see why you would want to go where they have them. I haven’t had a mammogram since my double mastectomy in 2013 so I’m assuming they are fairly new in the mammogram world. What a great invention!!!

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted Bella Blanket online but haven't heard back yet. I haven't found any Mammogram Center locally that uses them. I think it's possible that the additional cost to use them may prevent the centers from supplying them. There is a new procedure named SOFTVUE that uses water instead of radiation. There is no breast compression. So far Austin, Texas is the closest to me. They said they will notify me if they become available in my area.
