… I have been on letrozole alone for 7; I have found there are times of low grade nausea then it passes … but I had nothing but minor muscle and joint pain (that also came and went) for first 5 years then recently nausea, but it always passes. Best to you.

I’ve been on both 7 1/2 years too and experienced the same as TWITHBC

Some days or week nausea lasts longer.

I have been on this combo for 5 years. I do have muscle and joint pain. I take extra strength Tylenol or Tylenol arthritis. It helps. Also periods of nausea and I take gravol for that.

I've been on Ibrance and Letrozole since late September 2020. I experienced the same thing where my nausea (and even vomiting) increased about a year ago. It has subsided again, although I probably lean on anti-nausea meds more than I used to. That said, I am supposedly NEAD right now and my liquid biopsy results showed nothing (meaning, I didn't even have enough circulating tumor activity to give any information at all... undetectable). When all this started up (and, incidentally, they also found on my scans a small hiatal hernia that can also cause some of this... PLUS... I am under tremendous financial stress), I was afraid that this treatment was starting to fail me. It is not. I am still doing beautifully on it, and, as I said, the nausea is now fairly minimal.

Hope that helps! I know we are all different, but in my case... this was not a reason for concern.

Thank you, for responding to my question. I became worried when I started feeling nausea. Congratulations on NEAD! That is awesome!!!

I was worried too. At least in my case, this wasn't a sign that the meds aren't working anymore or are heading that way. And, also in my case, the nausea is minor again. Hope this happens for you as well!

Hang in there!

hi , I have been on Ibrance and Letrozole for nearly 4 years , I drink 2 probiotic drinks every morning , I did have nausea when I first started taking the meds , but now these drinks make feel so much better, I buy different flavours and I enjoy drinking them , they also contain vitamin D, which is another bonus
