When I first joined this site, a member kindly posted a link to PracticeUpdate.com. It is a great site which reports on all the latest trial results, including metastatic breast cancer. You do not need any special expertise to understand the study results. I have found the site to be very helpful in shaping treatment discussions with my care team.
I was especially happy to see the results from the ASCENT trial on Trodelvy/Sacituzamab Govitican. There is so much happening in the metastatic breast cancer research space with much to hopeful about.
Happy Easter to those who celebrate Easter. 🙏 Easter is a time of hope for Christians. Best wishes to everyone as we look forward to Spring and many promising new advances in breast cancer treatment.

I tried to register to access the information, but the site kept insisting that I enter my area of practice...I'm a patient, not a health professional. I don't practice anything anywhere. I started over a couple of times, but the site would not accept my membership without information that I don't have. Hopefully I'll find important info here on HealthUnlocked.
My account profile lists me as consumer/other. This was the option I selected when I signed up two years ago. Hopefully an option for people who are not health professionals remains and you will be able to register.
I am so hopeful as well as we learn of more and more treatment options, meds on the horizon and research specific to MBC that we so desperately need. I am in my 4th yr with 1st line treatment and have been NED for over 2 yrs now. When I was first dx’d in 2020 I believed, quite frankly based on OS rates that I’d be gone by now. Now, in hindsight I can see how far things have come and I am excited and more hopeful than ever that I may see a cure to this insidious disease in my lifetime. Blood cancers are being cured, I feel it in my being that we are so close….I pray everyday that I am right for all of us.
