Do any of your oncologists use the ctDNA tests for help in deciding which treatment is more likely to have a positive effect when changing treatments?

Ct DNA tests
good question, anyone?
we started using ctDNA this year. My first two results came back negative. Great news! My FES PET/CT scans also support that showing no new progression and everything stable. Buttttt my tumor markers have climbed bit by bit this year. So what to do with all that??! 2 out of 3 monitoring methods are good, but what about those climbing markers? (CA27-29 is my marker test and results were 39 46 52).
I have a third ctDNA blood draw tomorrow. Results in a week. Praying they come back negative again.
It's hard to make sense of all this.
i've posted a few times about ctDNA, via Signatera, and responded to other's posts. i completed one year of testing, all four results were "0.00." we know treatment is working, and i'm still on the same first line, since Aug 2015. we are utilizing ctDNA testing to identify if there are any fragments of cancer in the blood stream.
