chest pain

hello warriors, I have a mass in my chest wall and lungs, diagnosed with MBC on Jan 2021 and on ibrance and anastrozole. Scans thus far have shown no further spread. My next scan is in Dec. I am experiencing chest pain in the area that my chest wall tumor is. Also sensitive to deep pressure/touch. Worried this is a sign of growth. Anyone else have this experience? Thank you.

I also have Mets to lungs and have been stable on Ibrance and letrazole for 2 years. I’ve experienced similar pain and sensitivity a few times. I thought for sure it was progression, but it wasn’t. My scans came back stable. I hope the same is true for you.

I just had the same experience. I suddenly have recurrent paid in my sternum that had resolved. I think I might have lifted something too heavy. Saw my oncologist yesterday, she said scans and blood work looks fine so not to worry. In addition, I have had some swollen lymph nodes, which I was also worried about. Apparently, that can be caused by a vaccine. I had a COVID vaccine about six weeks ago and have been having swelling for a month. I know it's hard not to worry about everything, but it does happen that symptoms are not related to progression. Hope you can get things clarified soon.
