Hello Ladies,

I’m currently on Faslodex for MBC in right lung and I have Pain, IBS symptoms over and over again to include diverticulitis last month.

Does anyone else have these symptoms from Faslodex?

Hi Susie , I've been on faslodex for 3.5 years now and I do have some minor joint pain. I have not experienced any IBS or diverticulitis . I'm so sorry you are experiencing this :/

Hi Susie! I have been on Faslodex for 2.5 years along with Ibrance. Other than pain at the injection sites for the first day I don’t have anything I can specifically contribute to Faslodex like you have. I do have hair thinning that Onc said could be caused by both drugs. Are you on another drug with the Faslodex that could be causing these issues?

Hi Susie. I’ve been on Faslodex and Piqray since April and have those symptoms but attributed them to Piqray. Either way it’s no fun. I live on Tums and always carry Imodium with me which saved the day while I was traveling. For the joint pain I take ibuprofen, use cold packs and occasionally DSO, a topical. I hope you find solutions. These symptoms can really interfere with daily life.

I have colon problems from radiation (very bad constipation) on faslodex l have days of multiple BMs (lm sure it eould be liquid if it werent for the constipation). Other effects are sore thtoat for days. Much more intense hot flashes. Muscle and bone aches and fatigue.
