Letrozole and low neutrophils

Yes, I agree with the previous posts that the low neutrophil count is due to the Ibrance, not the Letrozole. And that study about taking Ibrance days 5 on 2 off works well. The Ibrance is a targeted chemo. Whereas the Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor. When I was taking only Letrozole, there were no issues with low neutrophils, low white and low red cells. But as soon as I started on Ibrance, everything plummeted. Crowd sourcing our experiences with MBC is a great blessing. We learn so much from each other!
