Hi. I take my pills in the evening when I sit down to eat. My alarm goes off every evening. :-)

I take mine in the evening after dinner. Same medication, exactly.

It doesn’t matter when you take them as long as it’s consistent

I used to take mine after dinner to help me remember

I have mine after dinner , at around 7pm daily , ( both Ibrance and Letrozole) , but as long as it is taken at the same time each day , with a meal containing fat and protein (for better absorption of the Ibrance ) and you take lots of water , it doesn’t matter what time of day , whatever fits in with your lifestyle . x

I take IBrance in the morning after breakfast. I was thinking about this question earlier today. Wondering if I would have less side effects if I took it at dinner. The only problem is that I don’t eat dinner at the same time every night. I could eat a handful of walnuts before I take it in the evening. They have lots of healthy fat. Thank you for posting! ❤️🙏❤️

At bedtime.

Always take mine at bedtime, for no particular reason. I am on same dosages as you.

Kdiet, I take mine in the morning. Blessings, Hannah

The reason I take mine in the morning is because of the water that I need to drink with it. Blessings, Hannah

I read all of these responses and I wonder if I would sleep better and avoid daytime fatigue if I took it at night as opposed to in the morning. Any thoughts on this? I am looking to avoid my 1 to 3 am wide awake contemplations of life.

I am up after four hours of sleep every night. Do you have that too?

I take in the evening with a healthy meal. Works for me. This is my first cycle. But I am feeling well so far. Hope it is doing its job. Lol. Good luck to you.

Hi!

I’m taking same drugs and was told Ibrance should be taken with meals. I think it’s too hard in our system to be taken on an empty stomach.

I take it after dinner so I don’t forget. If I’m out for the evening and don’t take the pill with me, I’ll have a bite of something to eat when I get home and then take it. Letrozole gives me dizziness at times so I take it before bed.

All best to you! 🙏🏻

Was told to take Letrozole in the evening as it can cause hot flushes. Instead I get night sweats. Can’t win. I take Ibrance with dinner every night and Letrozole at 21.30 every night.
