Once in long while get sick on what l eat
then get very tired no energy with a small headache
last about two days
Tired after a long week of work

I too still work, sometimes it’s difficult but I don’t want to lose this ‘normal’ side of my life just yet! I also really enjoy my work and having a routine, I love routine!
After work I rest for 30-40 mins, which really helps. Also, I’m in bed by 10pm latest - earlier if I need to. I feel lucky that I can choose to work, I know many don’t have a choice 😞
Try a bowl of cereal when your appetite isn’t great, probably not healthy but at least it’s not too heavy. When I don’t feel good I can manage a small bowl. Oh…. & Forget about the housework on your days off… relax!

Just wanted to say Hi.I am working but have reduced my hours recently. I now work 3 short days a week and am really enjoying my days off. Don’t like the decrease in money but got to weigh up what’s important to me.
