Chat/PM not working today??

hi all.

wondering if anyone else is having issues with using the Chat/PM feature?

it was working fine yesterday. today, when I select 'Chat'.....my laptop goes into a 'loop' and I can't access. I tried on my iPhone and it did the same thing.

wondering if others are having this same problem? or is it just me?

Ditto here koko. I have 7 alerts in notices on my phone but when I tapped the bell all day today, I get a endless loading loop & a bad gateway message.
