Hi ladies. So my mom has pansinusitis,which was ok. It’s been 2 weeks since we came back from London,and she has face pain,headache and bloody discharge from nose,so most probably sinus infection,she has very sensitive sinuses . I will call her doctor tomorrow. Does anyone had it and what did you do? Can she take antibiotics while on Ibrance and letrazole?

Sorry that your mom is going through all this. I have had sinus infections but never with a bloody nose. With this and other illnesses that required antibiotics, I would have to stop taking the Ibrance. Hoping your mom gets well soon.

I took antibiotics off and on (for UTI) while on Ibrance and Letrozole. I haven’t seen any reports that suggest that there’s a drug interaction.
Hi SabaI have the same problem as your mum but I'm not on ibrance anymore.
May I ask if mum suffers problems with her balance too? When I stand up from a seated position sometimes my legs start to shake/jerk and if I don't sit back down quick enough I fall to the floor sometimes with nasty injuries.
Oh no,did you tell your doctor about it? She doesn’t have problem with balance. But she feels pressure in her head.Today she made a mixture from a lil bit baking soda and salt and kind of washed her nasal part with that and she felt better. But overall after being on Ibrance and letrozole for 7 months she feels lack of energy,light headed,thinned hair,mouth ulcers. She had a sleep problems after her menopause and now it got worse.but I feel like the worst thing for her not having as much energy as she used to have,she was very hyperactive but now she lays down a lot((
Yes she can providing she tolerates antibiotics. I have the same problem right now but have been avoiding antibiotics. Hope your Mum gets better soon.
Hi Sandra ,yes you are right. Because her blood work from 3 days ago were fine.She keeps using soda and salt and it helps. Hopefully will continue that way. Thank you so much ❤️🙏
