Covid Safe and a much awaited hug

I haven’t seen my Brother for two years because of Covid and where we live. He is on a cruise that docked in Liverpool for a few hours. He has been with me all the way with this MBC road I am on albeit by text and video calls. It was wonderful to see him and family today.

Anthem of the Seas, Royal Caribbean. It’s huge. My brother has sailed the British Isles on it twice in two months. Him and his family love it.

Certainly was. I am exhausted today though. They do love their cruising holidays although this was just around the British Isles.

That's lovely, I'm hoping to see my brother soon, nearly two years but it means a long drive 4.5 hours plus and I've not wanted to do that during the pandemic. Xxxx

Same here. My family are 300 odd miles away and nearly all motorway driving which I hate. My bones just don’t allow me to be comfortable on long journeys. There is no way I will use public transport. Especially into Euston then on the District and Central line. That’s like virus haven to me. You will love seeing your brother. Make the most of your time together 👍😊

They are incredible.We have booked at trip from Liverpool to the Fjords end of next May, all being well 👍. To see these huge ships sail out of the docks is amazing. We are lucky. Hope you are ok. I have gone six months without a scan before. During Covid. I know it’s anxious times but try and set it aside and we have to put trust in our Oncologists. Are you under the new Clatterbridge ?

I feel much better Sandra and my confidence has come back a little. My brother and I were raised in a loving family and I’m grateful for that. We didn’t stop talking. I saw my nieces and husbands to. 😍

I so understand! I was finally able to see my brother (and only sibling) in August after almost two years. He lives in Connecticut and I'm in Texas, so driving is out of the question. So good to have him here.
