Anyone have these Verzenio Issues

I started to take Verzenio 150 mg twice a day but I did not tolerate it well. I kept feeling like was wearing beer goggles, unfocused, almost like I had been drugged. Is this a side effect??? I just started the 100 mg and I am feeling the same way. Help!

Hi,

When you say beer goggles are you referring to just your eyes or whole body? I don’t have your symptoms but my eyes water incessantly and I’m always nauseous. In addition my oncologist asked me to take a week off, as my WBC is super low.

Hello! I started on Verzenio 150mg twice a day beginning in Mar. 2021, and am currently still on the same dose. My issue is with one of the main known side effects which is diarrhea. I tried to take it without any Imodium at first, but realized that if I took the Imodium at the first loose stool, it helped me a lot. I only get diarrhea once in a while now and have acid reflux issues once in a while also.

I have not experienced the side effects that you mentioned though.

I know your question is over a month old. When she started me on Verzenio, I could not handle the 150 mgs., nor could I handle the 100 mgs., then she said well this is the lowest dose I can give you 50 mg. twice a day and what a difference.
