Liver
Hi Helena 😁
I am not sure what you are asking? Your onocologyst would have told you about these new lesions? Correct? They are your source. It really depends on these lesions. I would go back and have a chat with your onocologyst on where to go from here. You need to know that your onocologyst is your strongest team member. They know the medical ins and out of treatment. You need to trust them. We do all the other stuff, exercise, food, vitamins, meditation, positivity. Curing and fighting cancer is a full time job. It is both frustrating and good. I say blessing, but I am sure I would get flack for saying that lol.
I remember reading someone did Y-90 radiation for liver Mets and had success.
I had a liver ablation and it came back, I will ask about the Y-90 though. Thanks Helena
If you haven't had lesions on the liver before, you may want to consider requesting a biopsy because the cancer's pathology may have changed (i.e. from ER+ to ER-). If something has changed, it could determine the course of your next treatment.
