Has anyone quit taking Exemstane because they are bad for the bone and i just had a bone graft so i am just taking Afinitor. Helena

I would like to stop after 5yrs and am experiencing high calcium levels, but bone loss

I have been on Exemestane about a month and already you can see where there is very little hair. I want to take a break to see if it comes back

I've been on exemestane for about 3 1/2 years. It's my third line treatment for MB C with bone mets and I have never heard that it is bad for the bones. Where did you hear that? Talk to your onc and the surgeon who did the bone graft.

I have been taking exemestane and zometa for 8 years for bone metastatsis with no issues. NED for 7 years. Just added Ibrance last fall.
