Hello Dear ladies,

I received the Moderna vaccine. Second dose I felt very very tired, stopped my usual activities for a few days, feeling better now. Has anyone else had a reaction to taking the vaccine. Hugs prayers to all.

Hello 👋🏼- I had a nasty reaction to my second dose of Moderna....fever, chills, no energy and a horrific headache. Thankfully it only lasted about a day and a half. Take care 🙂

I felt the same way after my 2nd Pfizer vaccine. Extreme fatigue & headache for a few days. Sending you hugs! 🥰Bev

I confess that I am dreading my second Moderna on 5/3 for just that reason. Also, I had Covid in March 2020 and heard that makes things worse. Joy joy! My son had J&J last Sun and was out for the count for 3 days. Between scans and vaccines, I just want some peace and quiet in my life for a bit. My mom turns 92 on 5/5 and wish I could plan a dinner with confidence. My small office staff is all getting vaccinated in the next three-four weeks and we are fairly sure we will not be at full throttle til we all are done. Hello mid-May!

Extreme fatigue for me too. Walking was such an effort! Worse after 1st vaccine. 2and was a little better.

First Moderna shot was doable but I felt tired for a couple of days. Second shot produced little reaction at all but a little additional fatigue. Healthy husband ached and was very tired for about 48 hours and he is not a complainer. Wishing you well Susie because it was worth the discomfort.

Hi! I got my second dose of Moderna vaccine in March and it knocked me flat! Twenty hours after the shot, I was out to lunch with my son when it hit. All of my energy drained away and I got the added bonus of a low-grade fever. It was gone the next day. Apparently, this is very common with the Moderna shot - my husband (who is completely healthy) had the same reaction (of course, being a guy there was a lot more drama involved LOL). I have no regrets taking it and would do it again. So much rather having the fatigue and fever than Covid-19!

Glad you're feeling better.

Take care

Susan

Hi! Yes, with second shot I slept for about 14 hours, but next day had the energy to get back to normal activities. This disease keeps us on our toes! Each and everyone one of us has to face these challenges with the time we have on the face of this earth! I pray that you are better now and just taking this disease one day at a time. What else can any of us do? Laugh, love, and know that even though we have never met, you are in my prayers, Susie M!

Hi Susie! My husband and I got our second Moderna vaccines on Fri. He had a sore arm the first day with no other side effects and I was in bed yesterday and today with nausea, muscle pain, headache, shaky when standing too long -just overall yucky. Hoping tomorrow is a better day but I’m glad we are fully vaccinated.
