I have been taking Letrazole since March 2020. I know it blocks estrogen; I have been having vaginal irritation and burning and assume it is related to depleted estrogen. How do some of you deal with this issue? My OB/GYN has prescribed me a steroid cream which helps some.
Thanks!

Hi Judy, please go to pharmacy and ask for Replens. It is some kind of nanotech miracle! It really works to make down there tolerate and actually enjoy sex again. Good luck!
Oh, thank you for this! I didn't know to look at this as an option because I thought moisturisers were oestrogen based but this is not. I also found this small study that indicates very positive results for women in cancer treatment in a 28 day trial! - ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... will definitely check this out.
Sylk is a good vaginal moisturiser - available in UK on NHS. I have also used virgin coconut oil in the past, which worked, but its not a doctor prescribed thing.
