First 3 month scan on Ibrance

Just returned from 1st scan and get the results Wednesday by telephone. This week is going sooo slow already. I am off work tomorrow and thinking what can I do to help the day pass, I just want to know what’s happening. Have bone, sacrum and spine and plural and node mets. Started Ibrance Dec 2020 no side effects apart from fatigue. Has anyone a good coping strategy to get through the day before results.

Also on fulvestrant and bone injections.

Letrozole from 2018 didn’t work,Tamoxifen did 2012 to 2018 then they switched it.

3 x Breast Cancer diagnosis. Would love some good news for a change.

Coping mechanism? I drink a lot. (Kidding)

I stress about scans before, during, and after... but I am also a newbie, diagnosed de novo in July 2020. So far, I haven't found a way to keep my mind off of things. Even when I seek out a distraction, I get distracted from the distraction!

Anyway, I know this doesn't help. But I wanted to offer you some support today. Tomorrow will be here before you know it. Wishing you good results!
