There are CBD protocols out there. I would follow a proven protocol and not just go it alone as far as dosage....I follow The Truth About Cancer and I have there book as a guide...Just my advice... 😀 But no I haven’t tried it yet but I do do some organic supplements...
I started medical cannabis three weeks ago. There is a long list of potential benefits to THC/CBD products, and I am still learning about it all. But, I am looking at speeding cancer cell death as a primary reason for taking it, while getting help with sleep, pain, periodic anxiety, bone density, etc. In my research, I am hoping this will help regulate other things, like... bringing my bad cholesterol down (which appears elevated due to chronic stress, lack of sleep, and Letrozole). Here is a video I found to be helpful: youtu.be/PIy12wzMYZU
Hi Mary, I couldn't bring up the sound. Is there another way I can watch this video. Maybe I could watch it on You Tube. What is the name of it. Thank you Marlene
Cbd oil and marijuana help with numerous side effects of cancer and treatments but there is no proof that it affects the growth of cancer. Please stick with your traditional treatment. Adding cbd oil with or without thc is a great add on but it can interact with some medications so check with your pharmacist.
I know what you mean! Me too!x
I am in the US. I am also on Ibrance & Letrozole ( ER+) and I take a large amount of CBD a day, and very little THC (really only at night to sleep),(cancer type also depends on protocol used) I also eat raw leaves in smoothies or salads and use edibles. My Oncologist knows and he said "I can not endorse it but I know a lot of people that have had great success using cannabis". I do personally know 2 people that are cancer free - 1st person declined traditional treatment and was told he had 6 months - lung cancer - he went home, researched, changed his diet, started walking 30 mins/day, started eating raw cannabis leaves by juicing (along with other vegetables/fruits) and putting in salads. Still alive in 6 months, he went back to the Dr. for scans, tumors gone! Dr could not believe it. That was 5 years ago and he continues to do the same protocol today. 2nd person - he had cancer (can't remember what kind), was treated conventional with chemo and radiation, when that didn't work he started taking RSO (which his wife admits made him very sick but it was their last hope) - he is now cancer free and uses cannabis to help the symptoms of treatment and a car accident he was in. I have never never been an advocate for marijuana - I don't believe in use to "get high" but I do believe it should be used for medical reason. There is a lot of "proof" out there that cannabis is effective in treating cancer and a lot of other issues - however, people need to understand that this proof will never be accepted because it would hurt the medical community and drug companies - think about how much money businesses would lose if a simple natural plant helped cure cancer or at least helped slow the spread. Sad but true. Slowly its coming around but people that use for medical reason's are afraid to speak up because of the stigma surrounding marijuana as an illegal drug. I think you need to research it yourself and decide what is best for you. Not all CBD tincture is created equal - research it. I've been NED for 2 years, until things change I will continue using cannabis products - there is no proof that it hurts, so I will continue. Everyone needs to do what they feel is right for them without judgement.
Hi OceanBreeze3, I live in the US as well. Can you tell me what brand (and dosage) of CBD you take? I will also explore THC to help me sleep at night. I’m usually tossing and turning til 3am on many nights.
Hi OceanBreeze3. I am so grateful you posted this information. I do have some CBD but I am afraid to take it. My friend also gave me some cannabis mixed into olive oil. It is also potent but I rarely take it. I am still afraid of it. But I am less afraid now that I hear from you ladies that it can be helpful and maybe even cure cancer. I am so pleased to hear that you are NED. Wow. That is such good evidence that you are doing something good for yourself. I also have trouble making myself get out and walk. I am not sure why I have this reluctance but I am going to try to talk myself into a 30 minute walk a day. I recently purchased a book on cannabis and it is a bit technical but I am trying to read it. Thank you so much for your inspiring post. Marlene
Hi Ocean Breeze,
I would also like to know what kind of cbd you take and what dosage you take. I have purchased a small bottle (15 pills) of something called Redecan CBD gems. I don't have a clue as to how much to take or when to take it or if it is any good. If you know something about this product I would be grateful for the information. Perhaps someone else out there knows something about this product. Thank you. Marlene
Amazing! I have started to research for the purest form. I’m definitely going to be taking it. Just want to find the most reputable place.
So much easier in the Us and Canada than the uk.
There is a lot of information out there. I did a lot of research on Healer.com - Dr. Dustin Sulak. You can research him. He has tons of videos, does Zoom speakers, etc etc. This is not an endorsement, and I do not go to him for medical advice. I have another caregiver which I get CBD from but I have used and do like his products. The type of breast cancer you have, will determine dosing amount. CBD & THC ratio. How CBD is extracted and made is important. You might also go to medicalcannabis.com to find an expert in your area of the U.S. Hope this helps - Good Luck.
