That’s a great attitude to have, Kiera. Keep up the great work!

Kiera! I love this!!! I don't think I've ever earned a medal and there you are with seven already!

Can you help me understand what they're for? Are you doing fitness activities each month? I see "Race at Your Own Pace" and also the holder seems to read "So She Did"?? I love it all and admire you while also envying you your medals a bit! :)

Take care! And CONGRATULATIONS on your collection! :)

Some are for walking, some for cycling on exercise, bike and one for step challenge they brought it in for covid, so did that when isolating, one on the end I bought a few years ago after walking over the roof of the O2 arena and raised £400 for guide dogs

Congratulations on continuing to exercise. I try to walk 10,000 steps everyday but it has been so hot this month it’s been difficult.

That’s wonderful🥇 What do you have to do to win those medals😊?

You just choose your distance you want to walk, cycle, run, step challenge or swimming and have a month to reach your distance and send evidence then get your medal

Awesome! I do a similar program Called Yes.Fit...u pick out a race between 20-120 miles. They are all virtual and linked to your Fitbit or other electronic device or phone...they send u a medal, T-shirt or both when u are done...it keeps u motivated! 😀 I pick out the 100 mile ones which keeps me busy for 4-6 weeks. I do around 3 miles day. 😀

Well done Kiera49!

I found a site called Race at Your Own Pace which I’ll assume is the same program. The site lets you choose UK or USA.

raceatyourpace.com/

I’m going to check it out. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you xx

Well done!! I am so impressed with your determination and strength. I feel like I’m not trying hard enough as there are days I struggle to get out of bed let alone do any exercise. I know my body needs it but I have no motivation or energy. If you have a secret to your success please share ❤️. You have an amazing attitude !!

It's the thought of getting the medal that motivates me even if it's just taking dog out, although have to do it with oxygen as breathing has got a bit worse and my body isnt liking xeloda, luckily already done enough miles for this months medal
