Anyone on xeloda

I’ve been on it for six rounds. It is tolerable once you get the dose right, but since it’s in pill form, it’s easy to reduce the dose, if necessary. I had a little nausea at first, but it went away. Biggest issue for most is hand and foot syndrome, so you will want to get a goos moisturizer for that. I use Udderly Smooth with 20% urea. This drug has been effective for many. Best of luck to you!
Thank you
Hi , am also on it , have been fine first CT scan showed all stable only side effect as the previous lady said hand and foot syndrome, I’ve had some cream from the hospital , but I’d start moisturising from the very start , might help rather then waiting for the problems to start get a very good unperturbed moisturiser.
I have been on it, this is my 7th round. Once you have the right dose, yes it usually is tolerable. I put lots of lotion on my hands/feet. They reduced my reduce after 4 rounds, I was getting sick. Now it is better, thank God. Best of luck to you, keep us posted.
Thank you, yes I will starting next week onc said we can work round my holiday, dont want to feel crap on holiday, so I'm going to ask for 2 weeks off after first cycle instead of one
