Hi, I start Faslodex soon. I’m nervous. I’ve been on Femara 9 years. Any tips? Also I see you didn’t have to do the loading doses as you were estrogen suppressed. I assume I am to. I’ll have to ask about that.

I just responded to you on the other post. I think our imaginations are worse than real life. Other than the relaxation of your leg, they need to warm the medication and inject it in the right place slowly. You will find that some people say they have an alternative technique but I have always found they aren’t as good as the warm solution, inject slowly, into the recommended muscle. I never have any pain afterward and I have no butt! Good luck! Report back. Elaine
