Was supposed to get scan results yesterday but onc was busy so getting them on mon, not worried as she is cutting my hospital treatment down from ever month to every 3 months and giving me 3 months ibrance capsules all at once, will be lovely only having to go every 3 months

Yeah def, then I got scam phone call this morning, saying If I didnt press number 1 then I would be arrested immediately. Dont know what's worse cancer, virus or scammers, oh yes scammers

I get so many spam calls a day. I have a land line. I never pick them up (they try and make it look like a number that comes from your area with the same first three numbers that are in your neighborhood.

But I was home and bored one day and decided to pick one up. It was from India (what a surprise) and a man with a heavy accent telling me that they had a family member of mine and was holding them hostage, and that unless I wired money to a certain place (I could barely understand him), that they would kill my family member. I was soooo bored I decided to play along.

I pretended I was so upset and confused and was like OMG..., how much will this cost. He told me that for $5,,000, if I wired to this certain number or place, they would free my family member. But that I had a limited amount of time to do so before they would kill my family member.

I acted like I was crying and then I suddenly stopped and said "You know what....I hate my family. Go ahead and kill whoever it is." He realized then I was playing him and called me some rather nasty names that surprisingly I understood even with his accent. LOL That was fun.

I'm only going to do bloods every 3 months until they tell me different, had them done yesterday x

I am trying to get mine done less frequently than monthly for the time being but can’t persuade my onc ( yet !) . Where are you from ? I’m West Yorkshire .x

Hi @Kiera49: Do you still have monthly bloodwork & Faslodex shots (assuming you’re taking Faslodex)?

I’d love to go every 3 months.

I am not taking faslodex so cant help you there sorry just zoledex, demanub (no I've spelt that wrong)
