Infra Red Lamps

I'd like to get a floor standing infra red lamp - has anyone got any advice of what's the best ones to buy, are there different strengths/wattages, are there any risks? . Any other advice? Thanks and best wishes to all

Thank you Sandra !! I was just looking into this as well and I agree if it helps kill cancer cells that would be great and if not the benefits of getting relief from pain and stress makes it well worth it. My ribs are killing me and I could use the relief .. ❤️❤️

I wish we all didn’t have to experience any of this .... I have appts next week. I’ve had some hip pain that is new and I’m hoping it’s arthritis !! I did keep my nipples ( not knowing I’d be in stage 4 so quickly ) and they will ultrasound them as well. I have no idea what to ask the doctors this visit .

I’ve been doing well since joining this site. No energy for crying just trying to enjoy what I still can do and focus on living. Sleeping is a challenge when I can’t lie on either side but I did get some sleep in a recliner chair .

I do appreciate your posts. It keeps me grounded and sane !
