Xeloda. When do you take it.

Just wondering how rigid the ‘30 mins after a meal is’. What times of day do you girls find best.

Hi Ruth. I take it within 30 minutes of my first bite if my morning and evening meals. Mostly after I have eaten most of the food, but b4 I am finished.

Hi Ruth; I always took it within 30 minutes of finishing the meal...breakfast and dinner...and tried to space those meals 10-12 hours apart. The few times I forgot I'd eat something like toast or a bowl of cereal before taking it, just to have something in me. I never had issues with stomach upset or diarrhea. I hope you get a good long run out of it. Just keep moisturizing and cooling your feet!

I always take my Xeloda within the first few bites of my breakfast and evening meal. I discovered it didn't bother my stomach taking it then, instead of after the meal. I take it about 11 hours apart. Hope this helps!

In the morning I don't tend to have breakfast at home so I take it on an empty stomach... Not had any stomach problem. Started my 3rd cycle last week
