50 years old - On my 2nd cyle of Ibrance and Letrozole. The following are symptoms I am noticing: 1. For the last week i have noticed that if I have long periods of not going for a pee i find that when I do go my pants are a little wet. Has anyone experienced this?
2. Does hair shedding level out after a while? I am finding hair shed of about 60 hairs when i comb dry hair - i have lots of hair.
3. Tinnitus - anyone experienced this whilst on this comb.

I have a few answers from personal experience, but not all!
1. I haven’t noticed this problem!
2, I had thick hair also. Mine shed for 4-5 months then leveled off at about the time I thought I was surely going to lose all my hair. I couldn’t wear anything black for awhile because I always had hair on my shoulders. When it quit falling out, it seemed to thicken slightly and then stabilize. Most of my friends don’t think it looks thinner but I know it is.
3. I have noticed occasional tinnitus, but it is not constant. I haven’t figured out a pattern for it because it hasn’t been bad enough to drive me to do so!
I hope this helps. The tiredness that it causes is still my most frequent complaint. Otherwise I feel pretty normal at this point.

Welcome. Out of your three side effects, I have only experienced hair thinning which came on after about 5 months of the Ibrance / Letrozole combo. It lasted for about six months then my hair thickened up again. It seems normal now but dry and some waves at the back!! I always wanted wavy hair!! 😃

I have been on both medications since August 2018. My hair was thin and now even thinner. I keep losing hair every day my brush is full. I am bald in sides but learned how to do a great comb over 😁 and bought a wig to wear sometimes when I am feeling down. Tinnitus occasionally
I lost hair — have a much higher hairline thAn I used to. I’ve been on 100 mg of Ibrance since May 2016. It seems cyclical, sometimes it grows back a bit. It hasn’t gotten worse over time. I use a shampoo with hydrolized wheat in it — makes hair seem thicker.
I have awful tinnitus but hadn’t associated it with treatment!
I have sores on my tongue that I treat with Moisyn , a product for dry mouth that is available on the web from Prisnya. They are working towards FDA approval for a formula specifically for mouth sores.
I had a lot of hair loss with Ibarance but after taking biotin 500 mg for 4 months some hair came back. I don’t remember any other.
Yes to everything. I am on Letrozole, Ibrance and Denosumab. I have been on it since last March. My hair has stopped falling out so much now but I do still lose some when I wash it. Hope this reassures you a bit. Take care
Hair shedding YES, started with shoulder length very curly natural hair, it didn't happen immediately but within the last year, very thin, all curl gone, 50-75 hairs come out even using a wide tooth comb. I got a pixie cut three months ago because my hair looked horrible. Now it's just short and horrible. I really didn't think I would lose any hair so when this began I was very shocked. My question is will it ever grow normally again and also does anyone know if you can use chemicals, like perms or color?
