Does anyone here get colds at the end of the Ibrance cycle? It’s quite annoying but then again people at work come in sick 😷 not easy to avoid.

Yes, I regularly get a cold just as my week off starts. Right now, halfway through it and quite sinusy. I work too and have 6 year old so no avoiding the bugs! Gill x

Mine is very sinusy also. I work right through it but it gets quite annoying. Even all my supplements for immune system aren’t helping. Ugh!

I have a cold at moment on week off ibrance my son has had a cold so must have passed it on

I’ve never gotten a cold after 10 months on IBrance. I always wash my hands, wear a face mask in large groups/or on planes, eat healthy & gets lots of sleep. That seems to help me. ❤️🙏❤️

I was great for 10 months until this winter when everyone around me at work cane in sick. We work very close together. I guess maybe just too many germs around the work area. 😬

It’s that time of year where everyone is sick. It’s hard not to catch something

for many years, i've noticed a cold and/or allergies/sinus as i end an active cycle and begin the off cycle. have been on Ibrance & Anastrozole since Aug 2015. mid 2018 was particularly challenging; allergy testing indicated new allergies; am on an immunoallergy treatment plan. some Ibrance cycles it's difficult to discern if it's allergies or a 'true' cold? most of the time it has been allergies/sinus infection. however, if i am working it is 'easy' to develop the cold.

I so agree, it’s exactly what’s been happening to me. I mean I don’t feel so sick that I can’t work but I think it’s sinus and allergies but hard to say. This is new for me because for 10 months I was fine.,so I guess I just deal with it. I work full time and it gets difficult on that last week. Are you getting allergy shots?

did not want to do shots; did them years ago. though not covered by insurance, i am on Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT):

Is it helping with colds also?

it's helping build up the immunity to the allergies. not sure if the treatment is alleviating the "cold?" in the 2nd year of the 2 yr SLIT plan. i am 'sick' less.
