Never heard of shark cartilage. What are the benefits of taking it?

Sharks are higher up the food chain and therefore are more toxic. I personally feel I have enough toxins in my body and wouldn’t want to add more by taking a supplement that could potentially do more harm than good.

I would not use it as it may interfere with your other meds. Always ask your oncologist and pharmacy before adding anything. Although there are articles that say it helps cancer if you check the more reputable places such as webmd, etc you will see there is no proof as there have been no studies that it would help advanced cancers.
