Morning all! Looking for CBD advice - can anyone recommend a brand? I get lost browsing online unreviewed products with a huge variety of price tags! Don't want to end up with snake oil 🤨 I'm in UK

I bought Hemplab 15% hemp oil from Amazon..clueless though just thought I’d try it

Charlottes web is supposed to be good, I just did a quick search and found this link savagecabbageltd.com/. I’m sure you’ll find more as you look in to it. You need the THC if you are planning on using it to cure yourself x

No unfortunately, although it is in a lot of countries now. I would love to do the RSO protocol but I’m too scared to come off the meds. Even though they are making me feel crazy x

I have no suggestions for brands, just a word of caution. My mom has stage IV lung cancer and was taking it the last 6 months or so. It was prescribed for pain. Last visit for her chemo, they told us that her liver function tests were up significantly. The PA was great, told us it could be the CBD oil. They did an ultrasound of her liver and all was fine. She's been off the CBD for about a week now and redid the blood work. Everything is significantly better. We read that in 10% of folk they've followed on CBD oil have this effect.

Just make sure that you do blood work often if you do use CBD I would suggest after the scare with my mom.

I have been taking cbd oil for 6 months and about 6 weeks ago my liver enzymes were elevated.... I have regular blood work. Was not sure why, but when I mentioned to my GP that the only thing different was that I was now taking collagen tabs I had gotten at Costco. He said maybe that's it. So I quit taking them and now my blood labs are back to normal. It appears that the collagen tabs were the problem.

Thank goodness! My mom's seemed to be the CBD oil, she stopped ingesting it and her levels are normal again. She still uses it on a lymph node that is very small on he neck with doctors supervision and it seems to help.

Hi Gill,

My husband sent me this link to an article about a man who cured his metastatic lung cancer using CBD oil. It seems to be that rather than anything else, as it mentions in the article that he did not do anything else to change his lifestyle.

Me too, Gill! I like the fact that this survivor's story was published in a medical journal, so the medical community are taking such stories seriously!
