Hello my friends. I had posted last week about the depression I had and discussed trying CBD oil!
Well, I started last weekend and I do feel better and yesterday and today I did not have any sad moments at all. There is no THC in the oil so luckily it doesn't make me high or anything! They told me it could take a few weeks to see full effects, but I am optimistic that this will work🙏🙏🙏
I take 1000mg of CBD daily. It helps me sleep but I also take Lexapro for anxiety and that’s a great help. I work full time, too. I hope you feel better each day.
I’ve just bought some CBD oil as I’m going through a bad patch at the moment..my oncologist wants me to take an antidepressant but I declined..not keen on going down that route ( yet!)
Will see if it helps..I have a lot of pain from a fractured vertebrae and I’ve read it helps with pain as well..hope so
Barb - I’ve used the CBD tincture and it’s helped my sleep and my stress level. I don’t like smoking as it’s too harsh. The CBD oil is indeed low THC so I’m quite functional with it. Good luck
How long did it take for you to feel a difference and how often do you take it. After my first diagnosis and went into menopause I had terrible depression and anxiety. I got it under control with meds but when I went on a trial this last time I had to switch drugs. I am off the trial and back on what I was before but it hasn’t gotten the anxiety totally under control and I still have to take .25 Xanax 3 times a day. Would love to get off that. Thanks.
Kim, I just saw your question. Sorry for the late response. I started with 3 ml which helped that same week. I now take 2ml/day and do feel better, (some days are better than others), but I do feel better This oil is expensive!! But I will continue to take it.
I became an affiliate for Hempworx. If you refer 3 customers you get free products. I had spine & rib pain before I started taking it. Now I’m pain free. I sleep an entire 8 hours. They also sell hemp infused coffee which is great.
