Complementary Supplement

Well, I just started taking the protocel 23 that I read about on outsmart your cancer. Several months ago, my husband bought me a bracelet for nausea. It didn’t work so much...but the sales person recommended the supplement saying it cured his cancer.

Then I bought the supplement for $120 for one month supply. Shelf life is at least a year so it sat in my cabinet. I follow the radical remission project on FB. There was a story of a woman trying all natural therapies - gerson, juicing...no luck. Then she tried protocel a month with no luck. She finally did chemo and has had NED several years. She said “I think the protocel set the foundation for chemo to work”.

So, we will see. It can be taken w xeloda if I go that route. If anything, it’s antioxidants that are good for many ailments. I’m not willing to go 100% natural...but I’m also hesitant to put all in on the conventional therapies too.

Prayers and hope. ❤️

This is a new thing to Google! I hope it works for you. I tried adding Mushroom Defense supplement, no luck, I was doubled up in the bathroom half of the day. Maybe I can try again after my body is used to my treatment meds.

Good luck 😊

I'm with you all the way in your thoughts and approaches. We have to go with the flow as these things change and also do what feel right to our bodies. It is a 24/7 job. My prayers will be for you tonight.

Dear Snowcone 16,

Please read this article written by Dr. Weil regarding Protocel 23. drweil.com/health-wellness/...

Sending ❤️!

Yes, I’ve seen. I like Dr Weil.i have his book “Spontaneous Healing”. I don’t think protocel is the cure all. I will only do it combination. At the end of the day, it’s just a secret formula of antioxidants. But I do think the “outsmart your cancer” book is objective.

I won’t go all in on one remedy. Just like any treatment, none are a guarantee. But maybe it helps w mind over matter.

The stuff tastes horrific. I’m supposed to take it every 5 hours. But, I did experience a low grade fever yesterday (100) which could have been what they describe as lysing.

Praying for us all. ❤️

Snow cone, just wondering....you say this is antioxidants but the Dr Weil article says it is made of chemical compounds...hardly natural? Are you going by one person's supposes experience of taking this before her chemo? I would also urge you to take care with this supplement. Supplements have very little FDA oversight. And this has been rebranded a number of times which makes it sound like a suspicious business to me.

I’m objective. I get it..too good to be true, can’t always be a conspiracy. There are multiple stories of success but I always look to verify and validate. There are also stories of failure. Personally, I was thinking this might be some concoction of RSO. Consistency and taste are like I’ve read.

I’ve also bought the RSO but haven’t opened or tried it yet. Just have it stored away.

Praying for us all.

What is RSO? I'm with you looking into alternative/complimentary therapies. I don't always go by everything the docs say either , but in this instance from the bit I read, it made me concerned for you. I mean it seems there is not a way to Really know what is in this product.

Rick Simpson oil aka cbd. The pharmacist told me his wife was diagnosed almost 5 years ago w ovarian. He said she used it (not sure if she still uses it). But “she’s still here 5 years. She doesn’t even worry about her scans anymore”.

Haven’t tried the regimen. I think the therapeutic dosage is something like 50 mg 😲

I will look for the "Outsmart your Cancer", it sounds intriguing. I am working with an integrative oncologist who consults with my "western" oncologist. So far so good...

Good luck with Protocel.

Sending love!

Hi there

I’m very sceptical of any so called cancer ‘cures’.. people are out just to make money from ladies like us who are desperate to try anything if it helps us to live longer

If this treatment had any chance of working then it would be approved or be in a trial by now

Sorry to put a damper on this but don’t waste your money..just my opinion

in reply toBarbteeth

I agree. People promote so many things that will cure us knowing they are just taking money from those of us that want to get better

In my personal opinion it was the chemo that helped her. Anything taken should be approved by your oncologist as it could interfere or block chemo or Ibrance, etc from working.

Please keep us posted. I will be anxious to see how it goes.

Hi Snowcone,

I must admit I am sceptical about this. Whenever I read about a a so-called cancer "cure" I ask myself what is in it for the person who has shared his or her knowledge. Is it a cancer patient who is trying to help others? Or an oncologist? The family member or friend of someone who has had cancer? Or someone just trying to cash in on our situation? I am more inclined to listen to the advice of people who have cancer, such as Kris Carr, or oncologists who have done their research. I am seeing a naturopath later this month. Before I take any of her advice on board, I plan to run everything by my oncology nurses and my oncologist too if necessary, as I do not want to run the risk of interfering with my current treatment.

Take care,

Hi! I know this is an old post but I'm wondering about what happened with the Protocel. I've been diagnosed 3 months ago and someone I know personally used Protocel only and it worked. Im still skeptical- but I hope it worked for you!
