Second iBrance treatment.

Hi Sabal,

How is your 2nd cycle going? I had fatigue with 125 mg. I'm now taking 75 mg at bedtime, so if I have fatigue Im sleeping. Hope it goes well.

I am taking 75 mg iBrance instead of 100 mg iBrance and live in Fort Myers, Florida. Things are going better since taking my nausea meds on a regular basis instead of here and there. I take 2 pills of ondansetron every 8 hours and eventually will go down to one pill a day of ondansetron. I also take one pill of protonix in the morning and one pill of prescription zantac when I go to bed.

This improved my appetite and allowed me to eat more generously...

Glad you are doing better. I live in Arlington VA. Symptoms are different for each person. I have neuropathy in my feet.

I also just finished my first month on Ibrance. Low blood count, and extreme fatigue this last week. I am on 125 mg. Go to dr. tomorrow, so wondering if I will get a shot to increase the white blood count. Wondering if this will be a monthly occurrence....

Yes...I take it with dinner....

It will get better with time. Do need more sleep but always needed a lot.

I read it is not good for bone marrow long term to take the shots that boost white counts. I eat 1-2 tablespoons of cacao which boosts my WBCs. I also take Blood Builder to boost RBCs and hemoglobin. Go slow to see how if you start these foods/supplements.
