Green juice. I have a juicer. My go to recipe is kale cucumber lemon and pineapple A head of kale, half to whole cucumber, half to whole lemon and a wedge of pineapple about an inch thick. You have to like kale to drink it. You may want to reduce kale initially. You can substitute any green leafy vegetable the ratio should be 3 vegetables to one fruit. You can also do green smoothies with a nutribullet. Using a juicer you get more nutrients and enzymes. A nutribullet gives you the whole veggie or fruit so more fiber. If you don’t love greens you can find juice recipes where the taste is less strong. Check out Kris Carr’s website. She has a stage 4 liver sarcoma and has made welllness her mission in life. Garden of Life has a green powder I sometimes put in a smoothie I make w yogurt and blueberries or strawberries. . I swear green juices give me more energy and helped me get thru all 12 rounds of Abraxane in 2014. You want to avoid pomegranate and grapefruit on Ibrance. The best juicer is a centrifugal one that is lower rpms. It extracts more nutrients and enzymes. I hope it helps you feel more energy. Between the letrozole and Ibrance there are days I come home from work and flop. I am also trying to get back into yoga and meditation. Anything that helps with the physical and emotional stress of this “new normal”. Let me know how it goes. ❤️

Great information on the juicing. I love green juice but don’t drink it often enough. I will check out the green powder and web sites. Be well and stay strong!

Do you feel drinking green juices help? I definitely feel better when I drink them daily. Better than the vitamin pills I take

That’s just my own and has strong green taste. Kris Carr’s website has some free juice recipes which are more delicious. She is an inspiration to me. Has slow growing but stage 4 liver sarcoma w Mets to lungs. Her journey is inspiring.

I have been on Ibrance 100 for 23 mo. Feel pretty good. Hair thinning, my WBC stays about 2.5. I was taking letrozol with it. I now get Faslodex ink with it. Hope you do well on it.

Hi

I started Ibrance 125 mg 2 weeks ago but had to stop as wbc low and I’m anaemic

I’m seeing consultant this week to discuss

I assume I’ll be put on a lower dose..is this as effective and is that why you’re on 100 mg now?

If the lower dose is as effective then why are we put on the higher dose..seems a bit excessive to suffer side effects unnecessarily

I was put on 125 first time also. WBC went low. Waited a month then was put on 100mg. Have been on that since. About 22 rounds.

Good luck.....Inhave on Ibrance 125mg plus Letrozole and Denosumab injection for three weeks now. So far so good apart from developing nose bleeding. Last blood test my WBC and RBC were still ok. Learn to pace yourself as fatigue takes over if you try to carry on ‘as normal’......

HI ! I've had a few rough weeks so I just saw this post. I have been on Ibrance with no progression for 28 rounds. First round they had to drop me to 100 mg due to extremely low WBC and I have been on that ever since. I have had the usual fatigue, thinning hair, some mouth sores but have hung in there. Also on aromasin. Unfortunately this past month my counts dropped very low again. Had to stop an extra week. now we'll see if I can go back o the 100 mg. Wondering if anyone is on 75 and for how long it has worked at that level.
