I'm considering IPT - Insulin Potentiation Therapy. 10% of the normal dose of chemo but every week. Not usually any hair loss but perhaps some thinning. It works sort of like a Trojan horse - insulin/sugar opens the cancer cells up and then the chemo kills the cancer. Very targeted and much less in the way of side effects. Pricey however, cause insurance won't pay. I do know someone w lymphoma given a few months to live and here he is 6-7 years later and doing great. The alternate IVs w Vit C, curcumin IVs', and B17 IV's - and other therapies over the 6 week period of 1-2 IPT IV's (about one hour each). Sometimes you need more than 6 weeks. I'm strongly considering this but would like more testimonials. Thanks everyone!

IPT - Insulin Potentiation Therapy - anyone w experience?
Check out Advocate-run bestanswerforcancer.org My good friend Annie Brandt runs this doctor AND patient oriented group. They have lots of information and doctor info. Good luck. Many paths to wellness.
Sounds interesting. I have not know anyone to use IPT. I have heard of it being used though.
One regular chemo treatment is equal to 2 years of IPT. Only you only need 6 weeks or sometimes a bit more of IPT. ... They say.... It is able to Target the cancer because of the insulin. Need more info from people who have done it.
Greetings: I have to do some more research. I wonder what the cost is? This is a treatment that an integrative doctor would do. This is part pharmaceutical, and part God's green earth. This sounds promising. We are all about more lives being saved, and cancer being defeated. Amen
It is very spendy! The full package at An Oasis for Healing in Mesa, AZ is $50k. Insurance does not recognize a "non-torture" approach I guess.... It will cover scans, lab work etc. They do to 2 IV's per week at $1250 each for a minimum of 6 weeks. A place in Bellevue, WA, (Dr. Darvish) does them for $1900 each. Someone else does them in NV, and NY. As I'd mentioned, I only know one person with months to live 6+ years ago who attributes IPT for still being here with no side affects. Still looking for more testimonials. Also - it was suggested that I give a tissue sample from my upcoming surgery to Nagourney Cancer Institute in CA to target the exact chemo drugs that are best for me and my kind of cancer. Dr. Titini at Oasis said this combo will often have remarkable results.
Greeting: Sister ThruthisGreat Thank-you so much for this info. Let's hope/pray that in the near future the cost for IPT will come down, and the cost will be covered or partially covered by our health insurance plans. I am now wondering what the traditional treatment cost of Test/scans,doctors visits, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation cost, even though my health insurance covered all of my necessary treatment with the exception of Kytril, the ant-nausea pill I had to take before every I.V. chemotherapy treatment. That was $1,000 out of pocket for me 10 years ago. I hope the cost to patients is now nothing or minimal. I pray that the patent is up. 6 months ago I found a sealed packet with a Kytril pill inside, that I lost years back, but the oncology treatment center, gave me a free one back almost 10 years ago. I am sure the staff didn't want me throwing up all over their floor or their shoes. I keep that packaged pill as a reminder , of where God has delivered me from. God bless us all, especially those warriors struggling . As long as there is breath in my body I am going to ask God to guide me as I research to help destroy cancer. Keep fighting warriors. United we stand. If we fall down ,get back up, If your tired, rest to fight another day,but never give up or give in. Amen
Thanks for posting this information, as I've never heard of this treatment.
Did you ever do the INSULIN POTENTIATION THERAPY (IPT)? I'm considering doing it with a doctor in San Francisco. Have you heard of many success stories?
