Back procedure

Hello fowls, I had cement put in my vertebraes on Thursday march 3 2017, since then I have been in so much pain I can't function! It's all on my left side , the pain is not were they did the procedure! Anyone else gone thru this?

IF you are in that much pain, call your doctor--the one who did the procedure. They probably gave you some discharge papers when you left the hospital, and it probably has numbers to call. When you have that much pain, it is time to call, even on Sunday, even on Christmas, even at 2 in the morning!

With this cancer, my "rule" for myself is that if I even think of calling or going to the ER, I do it. We have no wiggle room......

Oh my gosh...I really hope you call and see your doctor again and let him/her know what is happening! Best wishes...

I had this procedure done about 2 1/2 years ago and didn't feel that type of pain afterwards. I do feel some discomfort recently and can never get relief. My back feels like it has to "crack" all the time. They did put me on gabapentin to stop the nerve ending. Maybe ask your doctor about that medication before doing another procedure.
