I am feeling weary today, but still holding my resilience in tack. Feeling for myself and everyone so much right now..
First situation: I am wondering if anyone else has had three primary cancers. I have now been diagnosed this week with a carconoid tumor in the lung. We are having surgery to remove it. So that is, now, endometrial, breast and lung cancer..
None of which is metastatic . Thank goodness.
The second situation is that because of having a problematic degree of AIMSS (Aromasin Induced musculoskeletal symptoms) I can not longer take the medication. I also am unable to take biosphonate infusions for the developed ostopenia because of ongoing dental/jaw conditions. My onc and I will talk about what we can do... She wanted these medicines/infusion as protection from becoming metastatic to lower estrogen levels and strengthening the bones. Any suggestions?
Thank you .... Lots

I know a little something about having more than one primary cancer. I was diagnosed in 2015 with breast cancer in left breast, no node involvement, lumpectomy and radiation. In 2021, mammogram discovered a 9mm growth in my right breast, completely unrelated to the first cancer. Still no node involvement, however this time it was Her+ which meant chemo/herceptin and radiation. I will have my final infusion tomorrow. My strongest supporter, my Mum, passed away suddenly in January. My sister had a mastectomy in February. I have been tested for every genetic cancer and have comeback negative.
The weariness you mentioned is so familiar to me, it comes as quickly as it goes. It's the "why?' that has been difficult to put aside, because no one can give me the answer. I tell myself often "take it one day at a time".
I wish I could offer more insight into treatments for you. I'm currently taking Letrozole right now, no side effects at all after a terrible time on Tamoxifen. My med oncologist has assured me there are other options if aromatase inhibitors become a problem for me but no specifics.
Greetings: Sister/Thriver I would look into a natural supplement called Strontium.😇 I hope/pray this helps, even though traditional Dr.s don't usually have knowledge of natural supplement, and modalities. See if you can speak with a Integrative Dr. GOD bless you
